To our valued customers,
The health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority. In light of the coronavirus pandemic and the governor’s recent order, we are making some temporary changes to our office procedures to eliminate direct person-to-person contact. Our staff is actively managing the property and is in the office to take your calls, lease units, help with payments, and to assist you with all your storage needs. No customers will be admitted into the office. However, you can easily reach our managers either by email or by phone.
We also wanted to remind you that payments can be made online through our website. Many of you already enjoy the ease and convenience of online payments. If you have not previously used our online payment system, we have included the instructions below. If you prefer, you can also set up automatic payments from your checking account (ACH payments). The form to sign up for ACH payments can also be found on our website. Please call for more information.
How to Pay Rent Online:
1. Visit us online at www.ezstoragenow.com & click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner or click here.
2. Under ‘Pay Online’ choose your storage location.
3. Create an account using your gate access code & storage unit number.
We are currently maintaining our standard office and storage access hours. However, we may make additional changes to our hours of operation, practices, and policies as the situation evolves. Rest assured, we will communicate any changes that may impact you.
EZ Storage is part of the community. Our priority is maintaining the health and safety of all in the community. We can best meet the challenge and uncertainty we now face if we band together to help one another stay healthy.
